HELPING OTHERS IS IN OUR DNA
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
Our corporate responsibility to the environment is paramount in our delivery and by its nature covered by our HSE compliance. Quite simply, helping others is in our DNA. In particular, our passion for helping young people realise their potential and get the most out of life whilst raising the profile of our industry is achieved through many initiatives and affiliations including the Mason Trust, Icanbea, and University Technical College Norfolk.
Established by our founder, Yvonne Mason OBE, DL, The Mason Trust is a charity dedicated to raising the aspirations of young people. It helps to develop future generations of workforce by forging closer links between education and our industry. It also provides essential support to young people in the form of advice and small grants made to individuals to help them overcome barriers to employment. The charity focuses its support on the young people of Yvonne’s home counties of Norfolk and Suffolk where our head office is based.
The “icanbea…” project, is a Mason Trust initiative which helps students and young people to keep abreast of the growth sectors in the region in order to develop their future careers. We are extremely pleased to lend our support and encouragement to the project.

Since 2014, University Technical College Norfolk has been developing the engineering and technology specialists of tomorrow through a unique curriculum which has been designed in conjunction with employers to give students the skills and qualifications required in the workplace. Technical challenges provide contextualized learning opportunities which show the students the relevance of the subjects they are studying.
Yvonne Mason OBE, DL Chairs the UTCN Industry Liaison Group. Future Marine Services holds the employer sponsor seat on the Board of Governors with the company’s HR & Corporate Compliance Director, Nicola Finch, being the company’s nominated representative to the Governing Board role.
