Safe STS is looking to recruit a new member of our busy UK team. The Commercial & Marketing Manager – Specialist Marine Projects is a new role. The successful candidate will have experience of the marine sector in a commercial role, be organised, confident in dealing with clients and suppliers and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivery and further development of Group Strategy in respect of specialist marine projects – primary focus being PTX but also in respect of other high end technical safety innovations
- Development and management of key client relationships and delivery of exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business
- Management and delivery of specialist marine projects from feasibility to delivery in accordance with contract terms and required deadlines, coordinating all involved parties to ensure targets are met.
- Utilise previous industry experience to identify and target new business opportunities for the whole Future Marine Services Group.
Reporting to the Marine Director the successful candidate will have the following key skills and attributes:

- Business Acumen – track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving business targets in the marine sector
