Having establishing its West African lightering base in the port town of Dakar in 2013, SafeSTS now provides a ship-to-ship transfer service to a strong client base of oil and gas majors, with transfers usually taking place in the region of latitude 14˚40 ̍North/longitude 17˚20 ̍ West.
