Yvonne Mason
Yvonne Mason is Managing Director of both Future Marine Services and Safe
STS Ltd. Whether related to equipment, operational procedures, personnel training and management or standards, she is passionate about HSE initiatives that are of long term benefit to the industry.
Below are brief details of Yvonne's previous experience:
| 1988 | Founded Fender Care & worked first as a contractor & then as an Asset Manager to Shell. |
| 1995 | Fender Care took over Shell’s operational STS transfer division. Over the next 10 years, Yvonne led the team to grow the operational STS bases from 7 to over 30. With this came an increase from 50 STS operations per year to over 1,500 STS operations per year. She left the company in 2007. |
| 2008 | Started The Mason Trust. |
| 2009 | Future Marine Services Ltd established. |
| 2010 | SafeSTS Ltd established. |
Captain Bob Gilchrist
Bob Gilchrist is a Director of both Future Marine and Safe STS. He is a highly professional Master Mariner with extensive experience of both commercial and emergency operations.
Bob's extensive experience has enabled him to develop a career away from ‘hands-on’ operations, focusing on the development and delivery of a wide range of marine projects. His unique knowledge of the practicalities of operations ensures he brings a depth of understanding to projects in the development phase and through-life operability.
